Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Jane lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Description: This fat northern woman has a bulbous nose and wears a fine chain shirt which she covers with white colored cloaks and clothing. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. She has wavy silver hair. Her blue eyes peer out from beneath her broad white hat.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Ploughman kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions.

Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and someone believes her a fraud

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears a fine chain shirt which she covers with brown colored cloaks and clothing, and is pretty ugly. She has a long black ponytail with little hanging trinkets. Her eyes are violet and catlike.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of drow once and for all.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her parents were killed by drow in a raid when she was still a young child. The drow captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Revenge.

Description: He is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his shield, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a clover on it. His lavender fur, when down, is lengthy. His half smiles and hazel eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. While he appears to be a normal Tabaxi, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
