History: She is a Chromatic Dragon in disguise. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.

History: She was born into a rich family. Lia was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Lia decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned.
