History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Oppleby was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Through the years after Oppleby was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Oppleby's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: She was born in the east. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has never given up on her singing dream.

Description: This man stands a little under 5'5" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. He has a very tight haircut. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. Some 3 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Puyet never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
