Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He became a Painter soon after.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears a robe, a symbol of luck around his neck, and a rapier on his belt. His chestnut hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His eyes are a pleasant violet.

Personality: He is a Guard first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Lance was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Lance decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: This woman dresses like a well dressed Bather does. She is muscular with a powerful set of arms. She wears a colorful flower in her gold crest. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: Daar is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing poetry.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Daar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Bather. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.

Description: She usually wears her black robe and has her shield always slung over her shoulder. Her skin is fair and her fingers are delicate and long. Her wide-brimmed hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her eyes are brown and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Orc in existence. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To end her boredom; and she is content

Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. She carries her fan with her everywhere and carries herself as the perfect lady. Her hair is short and chestnut. Her green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Revenge; and she wants revenge against orcs
