She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Mayor. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Krûk hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Description: This younger middle-aged woman wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment, and a wedding ring on her left hand. Her auburn hair is unkempt and raggedy. She has blue eyes and a red hat with a brown feather.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her mother.

History: Philomena was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Some 8 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Philomena never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
