History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Tabaxi activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tabaxi doctor. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by giants. Naivara was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the giants.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Dell has worked very hard to control her curse. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Umpen alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Umpen fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and to be a mayor again
