Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Everard never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Helen has worked very hard to control her curse. She became a Detective soon after.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Berrian was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
