Description: 5'4" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He wears blue trousers with brown and black striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. He has dyed his greying white hair a little too much giving a sharp white color. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A gifted student he started as a Knight, but he got bored and became a Carter. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

History: Tomi was born the youngest of three triplets. When Tomi reached his early adolescence his Halfling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Tomi never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
