History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She worked as a nervous Knight and found it very stressful. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Priest arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Description: She is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of her physical features obscured, and she perpetually has her mace ready. Her long brown hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her face is scarred and worn.

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Sybil was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion
