History: She comes from a rich western family. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: Gorbundus was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Adventurer.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Shaena was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Some 6 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Shaena never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.
