History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. After months of barely getting by, Koeth managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bertram fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the south. Through the years after Emeny was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Emeny's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the east. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She wants revenge against dire rats.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Apothecary responsibilities is difficult; and she desires power and/or immortality
