History: Philomena lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

History: Kasdeya hails from a village terrorized by giants. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature halberd.
