History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Rolen was born on a far southern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Apothecary. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Naal embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. After a long history of fighting, Naal and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and retire the richest man in the east

Description: She wears a tan cloak and cross-gartered blue stockings. She carries with her a set of scimitars, each one with a jet on the hilt. She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. Her chestnut hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a small hat. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories she has discovered

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Vadania fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north; and to share knowledge with the world

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Purban was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student he started as a Beggar, but he got bored and became a Tanner. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he is wracked by social anxiety

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She moved out south to avoid the crime she committed. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and she wants to meet her childhood hero
