Description: This late middle aged woman wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around her neck, and a bastard sword on her belt and is in decent physical shape. With wild chestnut hair. Her fierce brown eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.
History: She was raised in a forest tribe. A freak accident while working with her Dilettante mother left her crippled. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.
Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother.

Description: She is a paragon of her species. She is larger and stronger than most Dwarves. Her skin is light but she possesses many black ritualistic tattoos. She wears suspenders and grey workpants. Her shirt is black, and she wears a heavy grey leather apron most of the time. She is bald on top and has large chestnut tufts of hair around her ears. She has a dull look in her green eyes.
Personality: Whurdred speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: Whurdred was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. She moved out north to avoid the crime she committed. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

She wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition, and her gloved hand is found clutching a greatsword. Sporting a brown mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. Her eyes are a pleasant blue.
Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Joan was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She's also a talented Farmer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother

Description: He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with green colored cloaks and clothing. His red hair, when down, is lengthy. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Jeweler arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His hair is golden and curly. His eyes are green and catlike.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the west. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Reirak took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up crossbow and armor he uses now. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Elven artifacts is his passion; and he's looking for his big break
