Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. In her 12th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. History: The child of a Junk Dealer, who enjoyed hunting, Portia was taken on many hunting expeditions. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Ruler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
