Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is an amazing painter.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Ethereal was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: She wears a yellow wide-brimmed hat and yellow clothes. She cuts an attractive figure and her suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. Her tied-back hair is silver. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Althaea wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Barbarian, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... The war was a terrible time for her, and Althaea does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Gifted from a young age, Korfel studied abroad. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and to reunite with his absent mother
