When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Carpenter. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
