History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Delre was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Delre's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Delre fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her first spouse was a Merchant, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion.

He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. A gifted student he started as a Apothecary, but he got bored and became a Servant. Being a Servant kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Butcher but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Lia was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Butcher for the past few years.
