Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the south. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. After a long history of fighting, Trynnicus and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Gifted from a young age, Dariff studied abroad. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Nicor was born the youngest of three triplets. Through the years after Nicor was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Nicor's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers.

Personality: She exudes charisma. She is a tour de force of persuasion. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She took after her mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her mother taught her to defend herself. When her mother died while fighting orcs, the young Herleva began to lead the lost caravan. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
