History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Cressel grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Cressel. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Urshar and her spouse have recently divorced.
