History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother.
