History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Her childhood dream was to be a Unemployed, but she was a colossal failure. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and balancing her hectic life and new fortune-teller responsibilities is difficult

History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Matilda's homeland. Matilda decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Butcher born in the past three hundred years. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Butcher. She has worked as a Butcher like her father before her.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Butcher responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and to prove her worth to the world
