Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Osco never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
