History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Robert grew up listening to his mother's many stories. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Robert never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Through the years after Thiala was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Thiala's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: Clerebold is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Doctor arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. After a long history of fighting, Korfel and his spouse have recently divorced.
