History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her mother worked until she suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. She had to support her now crippled mother and took her mother's old job. She was granted martial powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers; and wants her loneliness to end

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Norman fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
