She is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright grey and blue, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. Her hair is long and brown with streaks of auburn, and is pulled back with small grey clips. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines hazel.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Gifted from a young age, Matilda studied abroad. After coming to the age of reason, Matilda took it upon herself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. A gifted student she started as a Miller, but she got bored and became a Bricklayer. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with feathered hat. Her moppish brown hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Mumpena embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. While she appears to be a normal Gnome, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. After a long history of fighting, Mumpena and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs
