History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Oriax has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Marigold fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
