Description: She is a physically imposing dark-skinned woman. She wears a black cloak and cross-gartered tan stockings. Her hair is blonde and very short. Her brown eyes peer out from beneath her deerstalker black hat.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Half-Orcs.

History: Neega was born with her father's beautiful face. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Ruler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ruler work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Ruler for the past few years.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Oriff is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: The child of a Marshal, who enjoyed hunting, Oriff was taken on many hunting expeditions. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her first spouse was a Unemployed, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He tends to his Barber job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
