Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Ratbag was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact
