Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He has all his life been fascinated with writing.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Synthrin is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. While she appears to be a normal Dragonborn, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

She is bald on top and has large red tufts of hair around her ears. This gray eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She disdains her fellow southerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: She was raised in a mountains tribe. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered writing. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep tan leather and dull black iron scale mail. Her hair is red, silky, and of moderate length. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Tiefling companion (her 'brother'). She then took over the family business and is one of the better Detective for hire.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and she's looking for her big break
