Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: Oppleby was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
