History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Gifted from a young age, Pog studied abroad. His parents enrolled him in a Aristocrat school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Pog fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born to a Map Maker, her father struggled to pay the bills. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She's also a talented Map Maker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.

Personality: Ulfgar is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son.
