History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Cumpen has worked very hard to control her curse. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. The war was a terrible time for him, and Leucis does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Leucis reached his early adolescence his Tiefling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To clean up the streets.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and half-elven compassion

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Aura will drive conversation. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Aura was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Zog liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
