Description: This malnourished man wears a yellow shirt with thin tan vertical stripes and violet pants. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: Varis was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When Varis reached his early adolescence his Half-Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Description: He wears a tight fitting green shirt and pants. He carries with him a set of pickaxes on his belt, each one with a opal on the hilt. His white hair has been sun bleached extensively. His black eyes peer out from beneath his deerstalker green hat.
Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.
History: Qemuel was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Brewer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Qemuel and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: An older man who wears an entirely brown suit with red socks and a vest with buckled shoes, he is not a threatening figure. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gray.
Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Merchant business.
History: He was born in a small plains village. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Merchant and was forced into it by his family; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Laborer born in the past three hundred years. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears tattered old clothes. His black hair is matted, messy, and big. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Zephan grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Orc companion (his 'brother'). He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he desires power and/or immortality
