History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Crown-heir arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Through the years after Osco was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Osco's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has achieved small success as a Crown-heir.

He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
