Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Tod embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. The war was a terrible time for him, and Tod does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the west. When Tod reached his early adolescence his Halfling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. After a long history of fighting, Tod and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Hamil was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: He is a mite stocky and wears a brown vest and prefers tan and violet shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His silver hair is still thick. His brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Rolf is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Rolf was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He worked as a nervous Bricklayer and found it very stressful. He has achieved small success as a Bricklayer.

History: Antrara was born with her father's beautiful face. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. A gifted student she started as a Roofer, but she got bored and became a Layabout. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and wishes to resurrect an old love
