Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. After coming to the age of reason, Shifting took it upon himself to study the druidic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Shifting fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her parents were killed by brigands in a raid when she was still a young child. The brigands captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Sarai was born the youngest of three triplets. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and to unite with her brother

She wears an eyepatch.

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her first spouse was a Mercenary, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Description: With black face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears baggy brown pantaloons and a grey scarf. He wears his white hair up in a very large beehive style do. His hazel eyes peer out from beneath his Stetson brown hat.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Ulfgar is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
