History: She comes from a rich western family. Wella was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. History: Siffress was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. A freak accident while working with her Fortune-teller father left her crippled. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and she's looking for her big break
