History: Born in the south to a Shepherd, Zook learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Zook took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up lance and armor he uses now. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Shepherd responsibilities is difficult; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: Quelenna was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. In her 20th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Pearl was born in the east. At a young age she loved to build and create. In her 10th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Pearl alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and revenge
