History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. After a long history of fighting, Richard and his spouse have recently divorced.

She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Born in the west to a Fortune-teller, Eva learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
