History: She was born in a small desert village. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Emma took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up hammer and armor she uses now. She now mingles about in high society.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Shadow was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
