History: She was born at the edge of vast plains. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Spear took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up spear and armor she uses now. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.

History: Peren was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and regain custody of his daughter
