Afterwards he claimed he had encountered giants who tried to eat his hand. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: Gardain lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Tabaxi activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tabaxi doctor. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire.
