History: Heian hails from a village terrorized by goblins. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Heian was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the goblins.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered
