History: Phelaia was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. After coming to the age of reason, Phelaia took it upon herself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
