History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Silaqui grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Silaqui. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Hadarai alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with singing. He constantly tries to fill his life with singing. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 14 years.
