Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: Oolah was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She has worked as a Healer like her mother before her.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and wishes to resurrect an old love
