History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: This late middle aged woman is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time and is in decent physical shape. Her white hair is matted, messy, and big. Her amber eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 10 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Engong never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: She is content; and to end her boredom

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her martial abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was born in the south. In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear
