A freak accident while working with her Dilettante father left her crippled. She tends to her Mayor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes drow are coming to abduct people. Hugolina enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Hugolina was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Druid, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Druid in service of a powerful lord somewhere. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Hugolina alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many drow want her driven away.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Pandjed has worked very hard to control his curse. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
