Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

Morgran enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A freak accident while working with his Weaver father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
